Assalāmu ʿalaykum. This form books a nikah ceremony at ISOG. It takes about 10–15 minutes to complete and has 9 steps. Your answers save as you progress — you can review everything before submitting.

Wali & witnesses
  • A walī (guardian) for the bride — his name, relationship & contact
  • Two adult Muslim witnesses — names & contact details (we can provide if you don't have any)
Ceremony
  • Preferred date & time (an alternative date is helpful)
  • Venue: mosque, external venue, or online
  • Language preference for the khutbah
Mahr & fees
  • Mahr amount (prompt / deferred / combination)
  • Base fee: £100.00 · fast-track (within 5 days): +£50.00
  • All fees payable in advance — by bank transfer (preferred) or cash brought to the mosque before the ceremony date. Use your booking reference as the payment reference.
Tip: have both the groom's and bride's ID details to hand before you start.

You'll receive a reference number & a secure link to access your booking anytime.
Fees are payable in advance, not on the day of the ceremony. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
When paying by bank transfer, use our reference number as the payment reference — it's how we match your payment to your booking.
Photo ID is compulsory. Original ID for the groom, bride, wali & both witnesses must be brought to the mosque before the nikah, or presented on the day. We verify every ID before the ceremony — without proper ID the nikah may be refused.

How we use your data (privacy notice)
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Data will be stored securely and retained only for the necessary period.
By booking a nikah ceremony, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all Islamic requirements for a valid nikah.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the ceremony date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Your standard certificate is included free of charge. Two copies are issued — one for the groom and one for the bride — and a hard copy is retained for the masjid's records.

Premium certificates are professionally printed on heavyweight art paper and posted to you. You will be asked to check and approve a proof before anything is sent to the printer.
